First time trying Muggwigz on Manchester Rd. We tried the hot caramel cider and rose black tea with a slice of freshly toasted wheat bread. It did not disappoint!! Served very hot, which I love. Barista was super nice and helpful. Great atmosphere and music to relax. Felt it was a very good value for what we got (just over $10 for 2 drinks and the bread). I will definitely be back!!

Still love this place. I don't go in as often as I used to, but I always have a great experience and great coffee. The people who work here are awesome and super friendly. The quality of the coffee is outstanding. I love this place. The coffee is excellent, and I stop in about once a week. I’ve been helped by several different staff members, and they’ve all been friendly and kind.

I'm so glad I found this coffee shop chain. I tried this chain for the first time yesterday at a different Akron location and was shockingly surprised. Today I'm trying a different location over by portage Lakes. The presentation of the espresso macchiato was not as good at this location, but the flavor was spot on. My espresso macchiato was smooth and delicious. They make 95% of their simple syrups In House. The staff here was equally as friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. A lovely place to visit and get a cup of coffee or espresso. They use a medium Italian roast. I thought I always loved French roast was my favorite but this Italian roast is amazing. They carry fresh baked goods, including bread loaves that they make from scratch here. Everything in the store is made from scratch. I love that. They have a few gluten-free items too. Parking is easy they have a private parking lot and they have one space right in front of their store for to go Guests. The only thing I didn't like about this coffee shop is that they serve there to go coffee and Styrofoam yuck. I feel like that just ruins my coffee totally. I prefer to drink out of paper cups. Cute coffee shop that has tasty specialty lattes. The service is very nice and the wifi is spotty. The music is chill with many genres playing. They offer different pastry options which look good although I’m not into cookie dough. My only complaint, which is a massive complaint, is the to-go cups they serve hot coffee drinks in is made of styrofoam which leech toxic chemicals in our steaming hot beverages! Please for the sake of your customers health and well being switch to paper cups!! Other than that it has everything a coffee shop should offer.

Coffee is ok... seems to be “hit or miss” based on the barista. But I still go for their breakfast sandwich and Morsi’s! I do wish they were open later though. *update* 9/19/2023 Probably won’t go back. Placed an order on the app and it wasn’t ready (it even started). There are options for “add-ons” when you order, which you pay for extra for… they don’t have any of these. Or at least the avocado I requested. And it feels silly to ask for <$1 refunded so I guess it’s a donation…? Then my breakfast sandwich was so soggy I couldn’t eat the bottom of it. They used to be freshly toasted so not sure what happened then. AND THEN half way through my half bagel, I realized the egg was cold. 🤮 While writing this, I figured I should try the PB morsi, just in case. I’ve had so many of these- they used to be a cookie dough texture and just melt in your mouth. Not these!! It just EXPLODED all over my car because it was so dry when I took a bite, it couldn’t hold itself together. But that’s relatable… having a rough morning myself.
